Vibration Hire

Hire has been an integral part of ANV Measurement Systems’ business since we started selling, hiring and calibrating sound and vibration instrumentation in 2001. 

We have a broad range of hire customers but it’s fair to say our hire service seems to particularly suit acoustic consultants, environmental consultants, demolition and construction contractors and industrial vibration consultants. 

Our vibration monitoring reputation has been built upon our reliable and easy to use long-term building/ground vibration monitoring solutions and portable, really easy to use but powerful industrial vibration kit.

The Rion VM-56 really is the perfect instrument for ground/building vibration. It is sensitive enough for assessments for sensitive machinery and groundborne noise but equally suited to construction/demolition monitoring. It is the most popular vibration instrument on our hire fleet and it can be used for attended measurements, long-term unattended measurements and/or live-to-web monitoring with Live PPV. We can also provide a range of really practical accessories. 

The Rion VA-12 is our most popular instrument for industrial vibration measurements. It can provide an FFT in terms of acceleration, displacement or velocity. 

Other vibration instruments available for hire include the Rion DA-21, Rion DA-21, Rion RioNote and Profound Vibra+.

We have a huge and well-supported hire fleet of well-maintained modern instrumentation. Our vibration kit is calibrated every 12 months and their calibration is traceable to national standards. 

Instruments are normally shipped to you on a next day courier (timed delivery) but we can also do same day delivery to most UK mainland locations. Alternatively you are very welcome to pick up the kit from our Milton Keynes office and to benefit from free advice & training on the use of the kit (and to sample our excellent coffee). 

Most instruments are available for weekly hire after which the day rate becomes 1/7 of the weekly hire rate. We offer a 4 day minimum hire for some instruments on request.

If you hire instrumentation and place an order to purchase the same kit within 1 month of the end of the hire we you will be given a discount equivalent to one week’s hire charges.

ANV Measurement Systems don’t just supply instrumentation, we have experienced and qualified experts on our team who can discuss your requirements to whatever level of detail you require. Our office-based team of experts are available during normal UK and Ireland office hours.
