Live-to-Web and Remote Hire

Hire has been an integral part of ANV Measurement Systems’ business since we started selling, hiring and calibrating sound and vibration instrumentation in 2001. Dust/particulate and weather monitoring instrumentation were added to our lineup in 2015. 

ANV have earned a reputation for providing reliable and easy to use instrumentation backed by industry-leading customer support. 

We have a broad range of hire customers but it’s fair to say our hire service for remote and live-to-web solutions seems to particularly suit acoustic consultants, environmental consultants, demolition and construction contractors.

ANV Measurement Systems’ LivEnviro is the principal product range that we hire out for live-to-web/remote monitoring. LivEnviro provides live-to-web BS EN IEC 61672-1 Class 1 Noise Data, BS EN ISO 8041 vibration data, MCERTS dust/particulate data and weather data from professional quality weather stations. Additional features in include triggered audio, live audio and audio on demand. The system allows for at least 5 simultaneous alerts for each sensor with huge flexibility for time of day and days of the week. Alerts for exceedances, and amber alerts for impending exceedances, are sent by e-mail to as many recipients as required. 

Our users tell us LivEnviro is the most intuitive and reliable live-to-web system available for noise, vibration, dust and weather. 

The Profound Vibra+ remains a firm favourite with some of our customers. It can be used with LivEnviro or alerts and limited data can be sent directly by SMS using the instrument’s internal modem. 

We have a huge and well-supported hire fleet of well-maintained modern instrumentation. Our acoustic instruments are provided with UKAS-accredited calibration as standard and our vibration, dust/particulate and weather monitors have all been calibrated within the previous 12 months.

Instruments are normally shipped to you on a next day courier (timed delivery) but we can also do same day delivery to most UK mainland locations. Alternatively you are very welcome to pick up the kit from our Milton Keynes office and to benefit from free advice & training on the use of the kit (and to sample our excellent coffee). 

Most instruments are available for weekly hire after which the day rate becomes 1/7 of the weekly hire rate. We offer a 4 day minimum hire for some instruments on request. 

If you hire instrumentation and place an order to purchase the same kit within 1 month of the end of the hire we you will be given a discount equivalent to one week’s hire charges. 

ANV Measurement Systems don’t just supply instrumentation, we have experienced and qualified experts on our team who can discuss your requirements to whatever level of detail you require. Our office-based team of experts are available during normal UK and Ireland office hours.
