ANV Measurement Systems have been supporting Air Quality Consultants with MCERTS real time particulate monitoring systems since 2015. Since the start of 2018 our partner for particulate monitoring has been TSI.

Our experience of TSI monitors is that they are more reliable than other commonly-used instruments. We have never, for instance, had a pump fail during a monitoring exercise.

TSI offer 3 and 5 year “bumper-to-bumper” warranties, which include annual calibrations, giving you total peace of mind that your hardware running costs are covered. 

There’s also the range of the TSI monitors’ MCERTS certification, up to 10,000 µgm-3. If you check, you will find that some commonly-used MCERTS monitors are only MCERTS up to 100 or 150 µgm-3, below the commonly applied limit of 300 µgm-3. 

TSI’s European Service Centre and Calibration Laboratory is in High Wycombe. Turn round times are typically a couple of weeks and ANV have hire units that we can offer at a discounted hire rate while your kit is being calibrated.

The data, and set up of the instruments, is handled by ANV Measurement Systems’ Live PM10 system, part of the live-to-web LivEnviro system for noise, vibration, dust and weather. This widley-used system was designed for consultants and continues to improve with customer input.

Power can be an issue for MCERTS dust monitors. ANV Measurement Systems have become experts in this area and we can provide proven solar power systems which will give year round power for our Live PM10 hardware.

So ANV Measurement Systems sell, hire and, in co-operation with TSI, calibrate and maintain particulate monitors. We know that this only covers a part of Air Quality Consultants’ instrumentation requirements, but we think we cover this part of your requirements exceptionally well.
