Noise/Sound Hire

Hire has been an integral part of ANV Measurement Systems’ business since we started selling, hiring and calibrating sound and vibration instrumentation in 2001.

ANV have earned a reputation for providing reliable and easy to use instrumentation backed by industry-leading customer support.

We have a broad range of hire customers but it’s fair to say our hire service seems to particularly suit acoustic consultants, environmental consultants, demolition and construction contractors.

Our most popular products for sound/noise hire are our really practical long-term noise monitoring systems (both unattended and live-to-web) and our building/room acoustics products (analysers, amplifiers, dodecs and tapping Machines). But we have instruments for attended noise measurements and some specialist instruments too including the Norsonic System for Sound Intensity Measurement and the Rion DA-21 and RioNote for Multi-Channel measurements.

We have a huge and well-supported hire fleet of well-maintained modern instrumentation. Our acoustic instruments are provided with UKAS-accredited calibration as standard.

Instruments are normally shipped to you on a next day courier (timed delivery) but we can also do same day delivery to most UK mainland locations. Alternatively you are very welcome to pick up the kit from our Milton Keynes office and to benefit from free advice & training on the use of the kit (and to sample our excellent coffee).

Most instruments are available for weekly hire after which the day rate becomes 1/7 of the weekly hire rate. We offer a 4 day minimum hire for some instruments on request.

If you hire instrumentation and place an order to purchase the same kit within 1 month of the end of the hire we you will be given a discount equivalent to one week’s hire charges.

ANV Measurement Systems don’t just supply instrumentation, we have experienced and qualified experts on our team who can discuss your requirements to whatever level of detail you require. Our office-based team of experts are available during normal UK and Ireland office hours.
