Dust Monitor Hire

ANV Measurement Systems have been selling and hiring dust/particulate and weather monitoring instrumentation since 2015. 

Live PM10, our live-to-web dust/particulate monitoring system is used widely on construction and demolition sites. Live PM10 is based on TSI’s Environmental DustTrack MCERTS indicative ambient dust monitors. Two variants area available, PM10 only and PM10, 4, 2.5, 1 and TSP.

The TSI Environmental DustTrak has MCERTS up to 10 000 µgm-3. Many of their competitors’ MCERTS don’t cover levels above 200 µgm-3 i.e. their certification is below the commonly applied limit of 300 µgm-3. ANV’s experience of the TSI Environmental DustTrak is that it is exceptionally reliable and that it requires little maintenance in the field. In all but the harshest environments, we suggest and initial programme of monthly visits followed by quarterly maintenance. The maintenance procedures are simple and quick.

ANV Measurement Systems’ Live PM10 monitors are supplied in robust, metal, weather-resistant cases. We can supply fixings to mount them onto site hoardings and/or scaffolding or other posts/poles. 

We have a huge and well-supported hire fleet of well-maintained modern instrumentation. Our dust/particulate and weather monitors are calibrated every 12 months.

Instruments are normally shipped to you on a next day courier (timed delivery) but we can also do same day delivery to most UK mainland locations. Alternatively you are very welcome to pick up the kit from our Milton Keynes office and to benefit from free advice & training on the use of the kit (and to sample our excellent coffee).

Most instruments are available for weekly hire after which the day rate becomes 1/7 of the weekly hire rate. We offer a 4 day minimum hire for some instruments on request. 

If you hire instrumentation and place an order to purchase the same kit within 1 month of the end of the hire we you will be given a discount equivalent to one week’s hire charges.
